Anyways I have fallen back into my ways of not “blogging” or whatever so maybe one day I will re-write the Hipsters thing, until than I just want to let you all know that I have been working with Garrett Jamieson and we have started a new thing called “Acting out Tweets” where we take Tweets and film screen plays form them, they are weird so check them out.

**THIS WHOLE MESSAGE WAS WRITTEN BY MY LEFT HAND** Not to brag or anything but I am a ambidextrous(3 tries) typer. But thats not why I do this, I do this so I can let people know what is going on so my small talk can be cut down. Cause if you think of it all a “Blog” is, is just small talk, no one is changing the world on Word Press. So I will begin the conversation here and when people are like “hey what do you have going on?” I will be like “check the blog”– But after reading this questions should be like ”hey how was that show you did” or “good luck there, Mark”… So in short blogs are the small talk of the internet, or actually the internet is the small talk of the world…
STAND UP
So this is whats going on, I am currently on a 9 college tour with Comedy Records, that has been amazing so far we are in the East Coast and have done 2 shows already. Venues are crazy and audiences are good. Next week we will be in New Bruinwick and finish off in PEI. Also I entered the World Series of Comedy and got in, so Sept.16th I will be flying from Moncton to Vegas to hopefully get passed a couple rounds, the grand prize is 52 weeks of club work in the States which should be pretty good. I will be staying in a room with Eric Andrews so it should be good either way. 
LOT COMEDY
We have officially launched the club and I could not say thanks enough, the first show was sold out, and the second week was not but the audience’s were there and it was a awesome crowd, we are in our 3 week this week and its our first 4 show weekend, and happy to say we have Rob Mailloux headlining and Mike Rita MCing. We have launched the process we will be doing for comics to get stage time who are not booked on the show, so lets say Ossington will have a couple comics walking about with flyers… The thing that I personally can’t wait for is Sept. 21-22 because that is the day we film the first episodes of The NEW STAND UP COMEDY SHOW that will be filmed for national tv which will have 18 episodes featuring 54 comics and will be filming till about January, the shows will be free for the tapings!!! So last year I was in a movie “Picture Day” and I was pumped to hear that it got in this years TIFF and not only that but the movie has been blowing up and is featured in the top 12 must see of Tiff. I myself have never even been to TIFF so I think that a good first appearance would be in a movie there.

August is here…
Hey everyone so its August and that means a lot of stuff, summer is ending cottages are packed and a made up long weekend.
In all this mess there is a lot going on in the comedy world this month, at least with me.
I have a couple things that I am starting, apart of and continuing.
Aug 14th I am in the 3rd annual Pilot week, that is held at Comedy Bar its a free show and will be at 930pm. The pilot that got picked is “The Porn Therapist” which is about a student who just graduates from med school and can’t get a job in his field due to a “shady” past, his only hope is to start a business with his free-lance porn writing room mate…
Also I am happy to take part in Funny Man Presents; Which is a show with a crazy line up that will make for an awesome show which will be Aug 17th..
The 25th of August will be the Grand opening of “Stand up @thelot which I will be co-running with Garrett Jamieson our opining night is going to be crazy we have Ryan Belleville headlining Jeff Leeson hosting and party that is going to be insane!!! Follow us on Twitter @lotcomedy
Come out to this Aug 25th 10pm $12/ticket or 2 for $20!!!

July is a month
Hey everyone so he is going to be the business end of my blog where I tell you whats going on in my world with out making my self look like a fool, so I just wanted to let you know that I have a bunch of shows happening this month, and will somehow end up in Winnipeg!!! I know. Just want to say that the ‘BadFella’s” shows have been going awesome and we finally have a new poster to show off, in this one I don’t look like a vampire, or the Phantom of the Opera

This week in Da Loop…
Hey people so the NXNE fest was awesome shows were packed and we got some good footage. The Gong show went over well for the most part, it took people a while to understand what was going on but when they did it was good. Anyways this week there is a lot going on and Facebook will get annoying so I am just going to post here and if you happen to read and re post that will be amazing.
So this Wednesday is The weekly show I do at La Revolucion 10pm $2 Taco’s -Line up TBA
Thursday is the Start of a new Monthly show I will be doing in Scarborough at the Loaded Dog, this show will be a special event its the first BADFELLA’S of Comedy show we are doing in Ontario, 5 shows in Ottawa and Montreal that had sell out’s and now Scarborough. That will be 7pm at the Loaded Dog Warden and Lawrence
Friday is the BADFELLA’S in Toronto at the Comedy Bar 8pm $10
Saturday is BADFELLA’S London Ontario 10pm $10 Big League Comedy

I am an “Organic” righter…
Hey world here is my monthly late blog about something stupid. I have come to terms with the fact that i am a organic writer when it comes to my writing when I say this i mean typing on a computer. I am at the point where i just go with the flow and whatever ends up on paper is what i send out, no spell check no grammar nothing. My reasoning behind this is I can’t edit my words when I talk so i don’t like the fact that i have to do it in an email. This post has been lightly edited so the people who come here can understand it but mark my words this is the last I am going hippy on the computer and flowing baby the shoes are off as of now.
PS- I know about the title, did it to make a point-
Also want to thank everyone that has been supporting shows that I have been producing they have been going well and getting better this month I am on the brink of having a heart attack so if you don’t want to see me die please come out and support and i promise you after this we can all rest…
In other news I am starting a line of clothes called “BitterWare” here is a sample I am in the process now of getting them made so get ready world(these will be checked for spelling)

I think its pretty obvious that I am not a man of the printed word i feel like blogging is a new way for people to talk and I think we have enough ways as it is (cell phones, videos, paintings and good old fashion talking). I feel like we are creating all these new languages in a way where some people speak them better than others, like text messaging for example, before you had to speak Italian to your friend to trash talk some one in front of you but now, you can all be speaking english and text your friend about how stupid this guys face is and he has no idea. In the end all I am saying is I am still trying to figure out English so until that is good don’t expect me to have crazy blog about thoughts that I could just tell you in conversation. This week in Calgary
I have been in Calgary now for 3 days and I have found out the secret to success, its time travel. I have decided that I am going to spend 1 month in Toronto set up all the work I have to do and than start traveling back in time. Calgary is 2 hours behind so that is an extra 2 hours of work, if I go back another 2 hours that 4 extra hours of work etc. I believe that if I tap into this properly I am on to something huge.
Also In the mall I saw a lady projectile vomit which was gross, a baby was staring at me and walked into a chair, and got into a fight with a waitress cause this was trying to tell me a sandwich nick name is “sammy” . All in all its been a good time, shows have been amazing thanks to Derek Sweet and James Moore both sold out shows. Tonight I am at Jupiter Lounge and Chris Gordons show. Thurs-Sat I am at Laugh Shop -
Next week in Toronto I am pumped to be part of The Most Races show on Earth April 14th Markam Theatre

So first things first, I beat up Mark. This is his bully Titus Galloway, and I’ve got some things to say.
As a professional bully and part time employee at The Gap, I have noticed that babies think that they are cooler than they actually are, like when I started and was getting 4 hrs a week, they put me in the baby gap (sounds gross I know) section and I see these babies rolling in on there stroller with a lean on, and I’m like baby please, do you know what I can do to you, and they are all like “oh I need these bell bottom jeans” and I am like baby what do you need bell bottom jeans for? and they are like none of your beeswax.
Well Mark is coming to so I have to go beat him up again, also he said something about he updated his website and there are new shows and info somewhere.

First Blog Of 12.
First of all what is a blog, its the year 12 and I have no idea what I am doing I came across this computer and a comedian named Mark DeBonis left some words on paper, here is what it said:
Dear World,
How have you been? I have been alright, just got passed the holidays and it was good for family and all but bad for comedy- There was no shows for a long time, and the ones I did were nothing to write home about. I understand the irony of this cause I am writing. The Twitter Gong show #3, was a mini success again, but more for the “behind the scenes” stuff a lot of kinks were taken care off, and January will be packed with shows, it started with a week long trip to New York City which was awesome and followed with opening for Tom Green and headlining all at the same time… I have left a list of dates for comedy shows I will be doing and will try to write to you more oftten Mark from the past,

Hey 1 person hope you enjoy this post, this month has been action packed. Started off with a move back downtown, so its good to be back in action. That was followed by an awesome show at Massy Hall with host Jon Dore, the Doo Wops Carla Collins and Headliner Mike MacDonald.. All in all it was an awesome show. Than there is a couple one off shows I will be doing. The newest addition to my career was also made this month when I booked my first movie role, as principle character. Now for people who are like me and know nothing about movies. Its not as a principle its like 5th string or something I am not actually sure what it means, but I got lines and there is 2 days of filming. The only catch was I had to dye my hair so I lost my grey hairs and now have some brown/black thing going on which will last until I cut it out. As for my other goals I have not reached them yet, I have learned that patience is huge in this business so I am in no rush to get a web site with a loading bar. But as for the festivals I do love jackets.
There is probably more stuff going on but i cant remember so check out the new show posting on my website and hopefully see you soon.

Twitter Gong show Success!!!
Hey everyone, so this is my monthly have assed update- so too start off we did the twitter gong show and it ended up being awesome. pretty much sold out and everyone had a good time between live tweets and the acts on stage- i think it actually worked out too a certain point. The whole show ran off “winging it” cause we also had no idea what was going on but its safe too say there will be another run hopefully alot smoother.
In other news I went to Montreal for awhile and ended doing a good run of shows which is always a fun time but this time was the first show i was booked on as a feature and it was the “BadFellas” show was was Massimo, Guido Cocomelle and Me. The show ended also being awesome and we are looking to cut a demo and take this show on the road- Its a show with Italians but little to know Italian material, so i am pretty pumped about seeing how this pans out.
Either and that, there is a bunch of shows coming up in September I am looking forward too and co-producing two of them so hopefully see you out there and stay tuned for updates on new shows, clips and other stuff.

JFL (Just for Laughs)- New show updates
Last week I was in the Just for Laughs fest, and took part in the Home Grown Competition and placed runner up meaning i got 2 more shows out of it. It was a good experience and i had a really fun time. Dave Merheje won (here is a pic after the show)

It was an amazing line up and was over all an amazing show- I just want to say thanks for everyone who took part and helped out-

Hey everyone whats going on, I have realized that i suck at blogging and probably will never be good at it, but that does not bother me i will have to find a new way to keep in touch with who ever comes across this site mostly by accident. My Blogs are either too long or dont make sense so until i find a new form of talking to you i am just gonna let you know about a couple media things i will be apart of for the next couple week-

GREAT CANADIAN LAUGH OFF 2011/DVD UPDATE
Hey so this year i won the Yuk Yuks Great Canadian Laugh Off. It was held at yuk Yuks Downtown Toronto or also known as the “SuperClub”. The whole experience was something i have never been apart of before. I was really happy just too make it too the finals, cause the comics that were there are all amazing. The thing i hate the most about the whole process is that we have to stay in the venue all day until show time, its like starring the beast in the eyes, but not in a way where you can show confidence by facing the music and over coming but in a way where the best is watching you from home on a tv screen, but really its not even there its out doing whatever a beast would do all day until the times comes that they have to go to a comedy show that night. What i am trying too say is the beast is the crowd, not the venue. Either than all the waiting and the new saying I heard 1000 times “Hurry up and wait” i have no complaints the whole show from start too finish as awesome, and my set was nothing i would be ashamed off. When ever i write i joke i have points where i would like too get laughs and most of the time those points are not hit, but sunday i am confident too say that every point i wanted to hit got hit.
As you may or may not be able too see i really dont look too happy in that pic, and too be honest with you i dont know what i am in that pic. All i know is, I was using all my brain power not too pass out, cause it almost happened. After the show there were lights, and cameras everywhere and people talking and waiting and just having a good time. I was happy too meet all the judges which hopefully one day will remember me and keep the momentum going in my career. Anyways i am still trying too figure out this whole blog system and how to get a good blog going so for the 3 people that read this thanks and for all the others i will see you in real life.
Also I would like too add that the poster is done for the DVD and we are now in motion with promo and setting everything up all we can do now is see you June 4th at The Hardluck Bar in Toronto 812 Dundas street

Once upon a time, when my jokes were thoughts #1- The Gym
So after about 4 years I had to go back to the gym cause I told myself if i ever weighted more than 230, I would have to get back in shape. So 2 years of being 240 and a girlfriend in the picture, I
finally went back. I am not gonna lie I really dont know if I am a fan of the gym anymore, the people in there are people I really cant stand or just dont understand. My size adds to the expectation
that people have for me when I walk in, its a constant competition in there, who can lift the most weights, the fastest and loudest. I have realized that I have no interest in becoming a body builder
a long time ago so I have no interest in having biceps, so curling 60+ pounds is really doing nothing but giving me a head ache. And at this gym I am at they have a sign up board for the cardio
equipment, which to me makes no sense, cause if i walk in and there is no one on the machine I am pretty much gonna just use it, I dont need some person who decides to grow a pair of balls to tell
me too get off “their” machine cause they put there name in marker on a white board an hour ago, and I am ruining there routine by being there at that point of time. And than you have the people
who just have way too much time on their hands, or just enjoying showing off that that are well off and have nothing else to do, cause I was at the gym and me and this guy walk in at the same
time and I go straight to the machine and he does straight to the mats and starts stretching (which i am aware its something that should be done and i have maybe never done it before) I continue
my exercise and do everything i planned on doing, I like to finish with a little cardio so i go back in to use the machines and this guy is still stretching. I could not believe it, I mean who has an
hour and a half to just stretch, you know. Like I am a person with little to nothing to do on a daily basis but that is a joke, unless this guy’s sole purpose of the gym this day was just too stretch,
than at that point he is just showing off his stretching abilities cause he could of just stayed at home, but in that scenario the people at the gym could not go home wishing there were as flexible as
this hipster pretzel. It was at this point I wish I was the type of person who was able to just motivate himself in any area, cause I realized how much I hated going to the gym and wished I was able
to work out at home, or just kick the guy in the back and getting credit for it not a record. So now I realize the importance of an ipod in the gym and the ability to have tunnel vision, cause in the end
the guy who see me staring at him in the gym does not think that its a stare of me wanting to kick him, those days are over. Now it seems that its a stare of me wanting to ask his name.

Alright i am gonna try this again, and hopefully keep it up to date. Its gonna be a much SHORTER “blog” about things that at one point in my life was just me stating the obvious, but now is me trying material on people around me. Hope you enjoy,
